Your Design Custom Tumbler
Got a design you love? Upload it and we’ll bring it to life on a tumbler. This option is perfect for logos, artwork, photos, or designs you’ve already created.
Please read the file requirements carefully to ensure the best results.
File Requirements
To ensure your design prints clearly, uploaded files must meet the following:
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
• Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, or PDF
• Required size: 9.3 inches wide × 8.3 inches high
• File must be print-ready
Your design will be printed exactly as uploaded, so please double-check spelling, placement, and image quality before submitting.
Important Notes
• Files will not be resized, edited, or altered in any way
• Designs that do not meet the size or resolution requirements may print blurry or distorted
• Acadia Customs is not responsible for poor print results caused by low resolution, incorrect sizing, or file quality
If you would like to add a name or short text, personalization is available as an optional upgrade. No other design changes will be made.
We currently only offer 20oz. straight tumblers.
These fun tumblers hold hot or cold items and come with a lid and straw. Double walled insulated. Straws will either be metal or plastic depending on what we have at the time.
Tumblers are sublimated, not epoxied. Tumblers must be hand washed.
Real life colors may vary due to mockup style, camera settings, monitor settings, etc.
Turnaround time for non-personalized tumblers is 3-5 business days.
Turnaround time for personalized tumblers is 5-7 business days.

For personalization:
The size and exact placement of your personalization may vary based on the design as well as your chosen font. We try to keep the width of the font between 1″-2″.
There are three ways to pick your font.
- You may choose a font from our fonts page. (opens in new tab)
- We have a subscription to Creative Fabrica. (opens in new tab) You may choose any font on there and type the name in the personalization options.
- You may upload your own OTF or TTF font file.
As personalized items are unique, there are NO returns or exchanges. If you have any questions please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
